Time to start a new page it starts to slow down when I type after the page gets too full. Sorry I had to take the How to be a Christian page down from Rock Harbor Church in Bakersfield, California. They did not use the KJV so I do not recommend them at all. Their video is good though and a great way to remember 911 on the 25th anniversary of that day we should never forget. Like I always say we need to learn from History to keep us from making the same mistakes again. One way we can do that is to stand against Sharia Law. Thank you for reaching out regarding the proposed mosque development in McKinney and for sharing your concerns regarding Sharia. I appreciate your concerns, and I am actively monitoring the situation.
My priority is to STOP the spread of Sharia in Texas.
Earlier last year, in Texas Congressional District 3, construction of proposed Muslim-only housing developments known as “EPIC City” was placed under investigation by Governor Greg Abbott. Soon after the initial investigations began, the construction of EPIC City was suspended by his office. On September 12, 2025, Governor Abott signed a law banning Sharia compounds, like that of EPIC City, in Texas.
I will not watch our great state of Texas become radicalized. I commend Governor Abott for his efforts to preserve American culture.
To strengthen these efforts at the federal level, Congressman Chip Roy and I launched the Sharia Free America Caucus, which has already grown to 60 plus members. I have also joined two House bills that would restrict Sharia law from upending our Constitution.
On September 19, 2025, Congressman Randy Fine (R-FL), and I introduced the No Sharia Act. This bill aims to restrict courts from enforcing any judgement, decree, or arbitration that relies on Islamic law or any foreign system that violates constitutional rights.
On October 8, 2025, I also cosponsored the Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act, introduced by Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21). This bill would prevent all foreign nationals who observe Sharia from entering the U.S. or from remaining in the country. Specifically, the bill would:
• Deny any immigration benefit, visa, immigration relief, or admission to the United States to any alien who adheres to Sharia law.
• Revoke (or deny) any immigration benefit, immigration relief for any alien in the U.S. who is an adherent of Sharia law – ensuring that individual would be considered inadmissible or deportable and be removed.
• Ensure any alien who provides false statements about his or her adherence to Sharia Law to any federal agency shall have his or her immigration benefit, immigration relief, or visa revoked, be considered inadmissible or deportable, and shall be removed.
• Prevent activist courts and judges from upending a final decision from agencies that find Sharia adherents removable from the U.S.
On July 1, 2026, ahead of our Nation’s 250th Birthday, I introduced the Preserving Our Constitution Act, a bill to ensure courts and adjudicative bodies in the United States do not recognize or enforce foreign laws, religious laws, customs, or practices that conflict with the Constitution of the United States and the laws made pursuant to it.
Sharia is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution. We have one set of laws, one culture, and one civilization. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America.

In introducing his “Protecting the Texas Promise” plan, Paxton said it would help put “thousands of dollars back into your pockets.”
Paxton also took aim at his Democrat opponent James Talarico, saying that Talarico was “running to destroy” the American dream.
“He is a democratic socialist who never met a tax increase he didn’t love,” said Paxton. “As a matter of fact, he voted to tax your income in Texas.”

To further protect American citizens, I am working every day to make our country great again and to restore prosperity, opportunity, and affordability to our economy. Left-wing politicians in far too many States have imposed crushing taxes and regulations that make it more difficult for hardworking families to succeed. Since I returned to office, I have taken swift action to reverse these high taxes and regulations—including making permanent the largest tax cut in American history and eliminating taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security. We have already delivered billions of dollars in savings to American taxpayers on the national level, and we will not rest until we dismantle the massive State-level fraud empires that are built on the backs of law-abiding citizens.

“We cannot forget that moment of immense and horrible evil that took place in this world, bent on the destruction of all that is good. But this morning, we also remember how America responded to that wickedness, when days like 9/11 we learn what a country is truly made of, we’re learning right now what we’re made of, and we have to be strong and we have to be smart,” he said.
“And Americans are made of a goodness and spirit that can transcend any earthly force,” he added, “and that’s what we’re doing better than anyone else has ever been able to do it, because we are sustained by a supreme strength far more powerful than steel alone.”

This week, our nation entered a solemn period of remembrance. Twenty-five years ago, the terrorist attacks of September 11 devastated our nation and changed the course of history forever. Nearly 3,000 innocent Americans were murdered by Sharia-supremacists on American soil.
A generation of Americans has now grown up without firsthand memories of that terrible day. Today, woke universities, activist professors, and Sharia apologists seek to rewrite that history, cast blame on America, and obscure the ideology that motivated these horrific attacks. But history cannot be hijacked to advance a political agenda.
Let’s get this straight: the terrorists who perpetrated this demonic attack are NOT the victims.
We have a sacred responsibility to teach young Americans the truth—to remember the lives taken, the courage displayed, and the spirit of unity that carried America forward. We also have a responsibility to tell the truth about who and what caused these attacks, and to ensure they never happen again.
What happened to our country on September 11 was not a random act of “extremism.” It was the logical conclusion of Sharia-supremacism—a totalitarian political, military, and legal doctrine that is completely incompatible with the United States Constitution and Western civilization. Under Sharia, violent jihad is the preferred means of imposing supremacy; when that is not practicable, its adherents are still commanded to pursue civilization jihad. Troves of videos show Muslim imams in America openly preaching sedition against the United States. As Americans, we are obligated to oppose Sharia in any form and to stop its proliferation in our country.
Twenty-five years later, we remember the thousands of Americans whose lives were stolen, the families who still carry that loss, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the heroes who answered our nation’s call.
We must honor their memories by preserving the truth and remaining vigilant against the ideology that attacked our nation and continues to threaten our Constitution and way of life. May we never forget—and may God continue to bless the United States of America.
We had a meaningful memorial event in Anna, Texas, marking the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
Now more than ever, we must come together as communities to remember the lives lost and honor the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of everyday Americans.
It is hard to believe 25 years have passed since that tragic day forever changed our nation. We must remain vigilant, defend our freedoms, and protect the American way of life for generations to come.

How Texas’ Fight Against Islamism Is Shaping the Future of the GOP

Zohran used to do 9/11 dog whistles by posting a pic of the rap group The Diplomats each July 4.

This week, we remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and give thanks for all those who answered the call to defend our nation in the years that followed. We also remember the strength, patriotism, and courage Americans showed in the face of unimaginable evil. Their courage and sacrifice remind us of the very best of America. We will never forget September 11, 2001.
It’s been one year since my friend, Charlie Kirk, was murdered. Charlie loved God, loved America, and believed the next generation could be called to faith, freedom, and the Constitution.
Charlie was courageous, brilliant, compassionate, and powerfully honest, and I know his legacy will echo for generations to come. Together, we will carry that cause forward.

A Dream Come True: President Trump Secures Permanent U.S. Security Control Over Greenland at ZERO Cost, Extends the World’s Lowest Drug Prices to All 50 State Medicaid Programs, Renews the $100,000 H-1B Fee to Protect American Workers, and Reinvigorates America’s Hunting and Fishing Heritage
This week, President Trump announced a historic agreement with the Kingdom of Denmark and Greenland that gives the United States permanent control over security — and all other needs — in Greenland, at no cost to the American people. For over 100 years, Presidents understood the strategic importance of Greenland, but none were able to act. President Trump described the agreement as an “Infinite Life” deal with no end: from now on, no U.S. adversary can ever have a base, a military presence, or make sensitive investments in Greenland without America’s express written approval. The administration will immediately begin developing a large military presence in Greenland, working alongside the people of Greenland in its development.
On September 18, President Trump announced that all 50 States’ Medicaid programs will now benefit from Most-Favored-Nation drug pricing — matching the lowest prices paid by other developed nations. The Council of Economic Advisers estimates taxpayers will save $64.3 billion over the next decade on Medicaid drug costs alone, part of a projected $600 billion in total savings from the President’s MFN agreements, which now cover 26 manufacturers and 89% of the branded drug market.
Also on September 18, the President signed an Executive Order and Proclamation to further protect American workers in the H-1B visa program, renewing the $100,000 fee on certain applications and directing agencies to scrutinize petitions where American workers are at risk of being laid off. Since the original 2025 action, H-1B registrations by the largest IT outsourcing firms have fallen 92%, and consular processing requests have dropped nearly 97%.
On September 17, President Trump gave America’s sportsmen a seat at the table, signing actions to reinvigorate America’s hunting heritage and restore American saltwater angling and recreation, rolling back punishing Biden-era regulations on hunters, anglers, and boaters. Earlier in the week, the President moved to restore reciprocity in government procurement and deliver meaningful water quality improvements for American communities.
First Lady Melania Trump made a special visit to Ashe County, North Carolina, bearing witness to a community’s resilience, while the White House marked one year since the President’s pledge to make Memphis safe again — with the numbers now proving it. The President also proclaimed Constitution Day, Citizenship Day, and Constitution Week and National POW/MIA Recognition Day, and issued messages honoring National Hispanic Heritage Month and the 79th birthday of the United States Air Force.
The President signed additional legislation into law this week, including H.R. 5334 and Senate bills S. 32 and S. 307. And the investment keeps pouring in: Coca-Cola announced a $10 billion U.S. infrastructure commitment and Deere is bringing back 375 employees ahead of planting season — more proof that the America First agenda is working for American workers and families.

A Dream Come True: America Secures Permanent Control Over Greenland’s Security — at Zero Cost. President Trump announced a historic agreement with the Kingdom of Denmark and Greenland that gives the United States permanent control over security and all other needs in Greenland, completely addressing every longstanding U.S. concern. The President called it an “Infinite Life” Agreement — one with no end — and emphasized there will be NO COST to the United States. Under the deal, no U.S. adversary may ever establish a base, maintain a military presence, or make sensitive investments in Greenland without America’s express written approval. For more than a century, Presidents recognized Greenland’s strategic importance but did nothing about it. President Trump is proud to be the President who permanently and conclusively addressed it — and the administration will immediately begin developing a large military presence in the appropriate part of this highly strategic parcel of land.
The World’s Lowest Drug Prices Come to All 50 State Medicaid Programs. On September 18, President Trump announced that every State Medicaid program in America will now benefit from Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) drug pricing, matching the lowest prices paid in other developed nations. Under the new model, participating manufacturers provide rebates so the final price to Medicaid never exceeds the MFN price — across hundreds of drugs in oncology, diabetes care, asthma, and more. The Council of Economic Advisers estimates $64.3 billion in Medicaid savings over the next decade ($36.6B federal, $27.6B state), part of a projected $600 billion in total MFN savings. Since the launch of TrumpRx.gov in February, patients have already saved more than $700 million on medicines.
Protecting American Workers: The $100,000 H-1B Fee Renewed. Also on September 18, President Trump signed an Executive Order and Proclamation to further protect American jobs from abuse of the H-1B visa program. The Proclamation renews the $100,000 fee on certain H-1B applications first imposed in 2025, and the Order directs agencies to consider employers’ recent or planned layoffs of U.S. workers when reviewing petitions. The results of the President’s prior action speak for themselves: a 92% drop in H-1B registrations from the largest IT outsourcing firms and a nearly 97% decrease in consular processing requests — with a decisive shift toward higher-skilled, higher-wage workers.

Earlier in the week, the President moved to restore reciprocity in government procurement — ensuring foreign nations that close their markets to American companies no longer enjoy open access to ours — and to deliver meaningful water quality improvements through stronger collaboration and oversight. The White House also marked one year since President Trump promised to make Memphis safe again, with the crime numbers now proving the mission is working, and highlighted his broader record of safer, stronger, built-in-America results in North Carolina.
Honoring America: Melania in North Carolina, the Constitution, Our POW/MIAs, and the Air Force. First Lady Melania Trump made a special visit to Ashe County, North Carolina, bearing witness to a community rebuilding with resilience. President Trump proclaimed Constitution Day, Citizenship Day, and Constitution Week and National POW/MIA Recognition Day, honored the 79th birthday of the United States Air Force, and marked the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month. I had the opportunity to speak with Sebastien Lai about his father, Jimmy Lai, who remains unjustly imprisoned by the Chinese Communist Party. He has been a powerful voice for basic freedoms and human rights. His sentence is for 20 years, which is effectively a life sentence.
It is imperative that we secure Jimmy’s release and that the United States signals our commitment to securing it. Earlier this year, I drafted and secured unanimous Senate passage of a bipartisan resolution calling for his release and the release of other political prisoners held by the CCP. President Xi was in Washington this week. He should release Jimmy. Until that happens, I will not stop fighting for his freedom and for holding the CCP accountable for his imprisonment.

Suicide continues to be a major challenge among veterans. That is why I introduced a bipartisan resolution expressing support for America’s veterans and designating September 22 as National Military and Veterans Suicide Awareness Day.
This resolution is especially timely as our nation recognizes Suicide Prevention Month throughout September. According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, an average of around 17 veterans died by suicide each day in 2023. As a 25-year Army veteran, I find that figure devastating. We have a duty as Americans to stand with our service members, veterans, and their families to ensure they know they are never alone.
Throughout the year, my team and I have worked diligently to assist veterans across Texas’ Third Congressional District with federal casework, ask tough questions during House Veterans’ Affairs Committee hearings, and hear directly from veterans about how we can better serve those who served us.
This month, I hosted a telephone town hall with VA Secretary Collins to highlight the work of the Department of Veterans Affairs and hear directly from veterans across Texas’ Third Congressional District.
America’s veterans deserve to receive the care that they earned when they return home from defending our nation. I will continue to work with President Trump and Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins to ensure they receive it.

A federal judge has ordered Texas to cool its prison system by the end of 2029 after years of lawsuits, deaths, failed legislation, and warnings about triple-digit temperatures.

According to the 2026 federal ruling, TDCJ acknowledged 23 heat-related deaths between 1998 and 2012 and three additional heat-related deaths in 2023. Pitman also said plaintiffs presented “credible evidence” of additional deaths between 2023 and 2025 that were caused at least partly by heat.
Scientific research suggests the actual impact could be much larger than deaths officially classified as heat-related.
A peer-reviewed 2022 study published in JAMA Network Open examined deaths in Texas prisons between 2001 and 2019. Researchers estimated that approximately 271 deaths in prisons without air conditioning during warm months may have been attributable to extreme heat, averaging roughly 14 deaths per year.
Researchers found that an extreme heat day was associated with a 15.1 percent increase in mortality risk at prisons without air conditioning. They did not find the same increased mortality pattern in air-conditioned facilities.
The distinction matters. The 271 figure is a statistical estimate of deaths attributable to extreme heat, not an official TDCJ count of death certificates specifically listing heat as the cause. Read HERE.

Yet lobbying also came from the LGBTQ+ group Human Rights Campaign, the climate group League of Conservation Voters, the abortion group Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and the seniors’ advocacy group National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, and the Network Lobby for Catholic Social Justice.

47 Democrats Refuse to Vote to Ban Insider Trading

A bill to stop insider trading failed to advance in the Senate on Wednesday, with all Democrats voting against it and all Republicans voting for it.
The bill failed 53-to-47 along party lines. The bill, which originated in the House and was sponsored by Rep. Bryan Steil, R-Wis., would prohibit members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children from purchasing stocks. The measure would also require public notice before these individuals could sell stocks.
In July, HR 7008 passed the House 232-198, with 218 Republicans and 13 Democrats voting “yes,” along with one independent. A total of 198 Democrats voted “no.” Rep. Frederica Wilson, D-Fla., did not cast a vote. Read HERE.

Texas ICE Shootings Deserve More Than a One-Sided Narrative

ICE agents are facing a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks and a 1,300% increase in assaults. But based on the media’s coverage, you’d never know it.
In the Houston incident, Salgado Araujo allegedly tried to evade arrest, rammed an ICE vehicle, refused multiple commands, and tried to run over an ICE officer in his van, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The agent reportedly fired in self-defense, and the suspect died.
In the Austin case, ICE agents found Garcés Pérez had a final order of removal, tried to stop him, and told him to exit his vehicle, according to prosecutors. He allegedly struck an officer with his vehicle’s side mirror and tried to flee, then tried to drive toward an ICE officer who shot him.

President Trump signed an Executive Order to temporarily allow off-road “dyed” diesel for highway use and to defer the federal excise tax for the rest of the year, without interest or penalties — saving truckers over $100 per refill. The Order directs the Secretary of Agriculture to ensure farmers’ access to dyed diesel in high-demand areas and directs the Secretary of Transportation to coordinate with States, industry, and labor on access.

President Trump announced an agreement for Russia to supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel immediately, 500,000 tons in November, and 1,000,000 tons thereafter, with 3,000,000 more tons to follow. Combined with Europe’s release of 100 million barrels of refined diesel from its strategic reserves, the added supply is aimed squarely at bringing prices down.
The Biggest American Shipyard Push Since World War II. At Sparrows Point in Baltimore, President Trump and Anduril announced Arsenal-2, a new shipyard that will produce critical Virginia-class submarine components and autonomous vessels. The project will create about 3,100 direct jobs and support more than 11,000 indirect jobs, with $3.7 billion in private investment and up to $2.9 billion from the Navy.
American Manufacturing Is Back on the Map. Senior Counselor Peter Navarro briefed reporters on the state of American manufacturing as the White House highlighted a run of new commitments: Becton Dickinson’s $19 billion investment to make 100% of the needles it sells in America with American-made steel, AstraZeneca’s $1 billion expansion in Massachusetts, and a South Korean energy package of up to $200 billion. I came to Congress to stop Washington from wasting your money.
Last year, President Trump cancelled $4.9 billion in leftover foreign aid. Recently, he did it again by cancelling nearly $1 billion in unspent taxpayer dollars going to illegal alien services and race-obsessed programs.
Here are just a few examples of what Democrats wanted your hard-earned tax dollars to fund:
$567 million at HHS for NGO services to non-citizens.
$25 million for Education migrant programs, including LGBT summits and “Therapy for Latinx” workshops.
$56 million in HUD counseling grants to DEI outfits.
$10 million in race-based Minority Business grants.

Despite what critics will say, the President is well within his authority. He used a pocket rescission under the Impoundment Control Act—a statute Congress itself wrote. Congress created the process, never closed the end-of-year window, and left it on the books.

Three years have passed since October 7th, 2023 — the day that changed the course of the Middle East. Much has changed, but the horror of this day does not deserve to disappear from our memory. Just as we a few weeks ago marked the 25th anniversary of the 11th September terror attack on the United States, the brutality of October 7th must be named clearly.
Thousands of Nukhba fighters entered into Israel from Gaza on this day. Over 4,000 rockets were launched. Women were raped in their own homes. Children were beheaded. More than 1,200 people were massacred in Israel, and 251 hostages were taken into Gaza.
To grasp the brutality of this day, I would with caution recommend everyone to watch the latest season of the Netflix show Fauda.

Three years ago, the world witnessed the deadliest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Families were slaughtered in their homes. Young people were hunted at a music festival. Women were raped and brutalized. Children were murdered. Hostages were dragged into Gaza, including young children. The horror was almost impossible to comprehend.
But what happened afterward should shock us too.
Within days of October 7, 2023, and in some cases before Israel had even buried its dead, people took to the streets not to mourn the victims, but to celebrate their killers. The massacre was rationalized. Terrorism was lauded as “resistance.” Hostage posters were ripped from walls. Jewish students were harassed and threatened on college campuses. Ancient accusations against Jews returned to mainstream discourse wearing new language and new slogans.

This week, a new bombshell report by the Council of Economic Advisers revealed the true cost of Democrats’ extreme DSA policies — and what mass amnesty and open borders would cost taxpayers. The CEA estimates the lifetime cost of each illegal alien at $166,716 — $1.4 trillion to $1.9 trillion in total. Amnesty would add $30 billion to $40 billion a year in Medicaid, $3.6 billion to $4.7 billion in SNAP benefits, and $2.3 billion to $3 billion in HUD housing assistance — up to $475 billion over the next decade. Meanwhile, President Trump has delivered the most secure border in American history, with 17 consecutive months of zero illegal aliens released.
The full price tag of Democrats’ extreme DSA policies is even higher: they would cost taxpayers an estimated $49 trillion over ten years — more than $350,000 per household.
And in a major win for patients, prescription drug prices just saw their biggest annual decline on record — down 4.5% from a year earlier, according to the latest Consumer Price Index — as President Trump’s Most-Favored-Nation agreements and TrumpRx bring costs down.

The Red-Green Alliance is a marriage of convenience: communists and radical Islamists working in tandem to undermine the United States Constitution, American culture, and the rule of law.
Though their ideologies often conflict, these movements share a common objective of weakening the principles and institutions that sustain the American way of life.
Socialist activists have convinced impressionable Americans that they would be better off under collectivist leadership—but history has repeatedly shown how bitterly that story ends. Likewise, the 1,400-year history of political Islam reveals a movement that has repeatedly relied on infiltration and intimidation to extend its influence.
Americans must recognize this alliance and confront the tactics its adherents use to influence our institutions and erode our constitutional and cultural values. As Texans, we must rally around the principles that make the Lone Star State the greatest state in the Republic.

4 Major Banks Used SPLC in Adverse Decisions Affecting Conservative, Christian Groups, Federal Review Finds

Four of America’s largest banks relied on the Southern Poverty Law Center in decisions affecting conservative and religious organizations, according to a newly released federal debanking report.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency report, released Wednesday, details instances involving JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, and TD Bank, all of which referenced the SPLC while denying loans to organizations or closing their accounts. The SPLC‘s map of hate groups lists some mainstream conservative and Christian groups alongside Klan chapters, due to the groups’ views on marriage, immigration, critical race theory, or opposition to radical Islam.
“No American should be locked out of the banking system for being conservative or Christian,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told the Daily Signal. “Reports that major financial institutions relied on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s politically motivated labels to deny services to conservatives are deeply troubling and demand answers.” Read HERE.

Texas County Takes Stand Against Sharia With Unanimous Vote

Van Zandt County Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution Wednesday denouncing Sharia, making it the first Texas county to pass a resolution specifically addressing use of the Islamic religious code.
Van Zandt County Precinct 2 Commissioner Cliff Williams said he brought the resolution forward because of an 80-acre land purchase in southern Van Zandt County by a family with ties to Muslim youth organizations.
The resolution was inspired by a draft resolution introduced by Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, that denounces Sharia in the United States. Self’s resolution has not been passed by Congress. Read HERE.

The Bible Access Initiative, a collaboration of several ministries, has found that more than 500 million Christians live in nations where access to God’s Word is restricted.
Additionally, the research team discovered that more than 125 million believers live in places where they cannot access the Scriptures in any format.
“Please continue to pray for and support initiatives and projects that increase the supply and availability of God’s precious Word for believers around the world,” an International Christian Concern (ICC) staffer said.
